Attracting and retaining talent remains the number one challenge facing manufacturers today.
The ARMA Workforce Committee brings industry leaders together to address these challenges by promoting manufacturing careers to youth, developing internships across skill levels, collaborating with K–12 and post-secondary education partners, and exploring regional certifications to strengthen front-line talent pipelines.

ARMA's January Workforce Meeting will be hosted by Goodwill / GSG Services for Manufacturers.
Learn how manufacturers can partner with Goodwill/GSG Services to access work-ready entry-level talent and upskill incumbent workers through manufacturing-aligned training in manufacturing fundamentals, production and assembly, quality and safety (OSHA-10, lean basics, 5S), maintenance fundamentals, and CNC, machining, or mechatronics introductory pathways.
