Join our new and improved workforce committee! Attracting and maintaining talent is the number one challenge most manufacturers face. This committee focuses efforts to address these issues by promoting industry careers to youth, establishing internships at all skill levels, working with K-12 and educational/training institutions to create more manufacturing related programs, and exploring regional certifications as a means to drive front line talent. The Workforce Committee is perfect for C-Level/ owners, operations directors or managers, and HR managers.
